HD Relay ("we", "our", "us") operates the HD Relay cloud security camera platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, organization, and billing details you provide when signing up.
- Camera streams and recordings — video, audio, and detection events ingested from cameras you connect.
- Usage data — device type, browser, IP address, and interaction logs used to operate the service.
- Lead-capture submissions — fields (name, email, phone, consent) submitted by viewers through Scan & Watch QR flows you enable.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the HD Relay platform.
- Deliver notifications, alerts, and reports you configure.
- Process billing and respond to support requests.
- Improve service reliability and detect abuse.
Storage and retention
Recordings are stored according to the retention settings you configure per camera (typically 7–90 days). Account records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, storage, email delivery) strictly to operate the service, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the client portal, or by contacting [email protected]. You can disable notifications, detection, or cloud sync per camera in the portal.
Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, per-deployment credentials, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to [email protected].
Children
HD Relay is not intended for individuals under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated via the portal or by email.
