These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HD Relay live-camera streaming service operated by Dotworkz Systems ("HD Relay", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
HD Relay provides hosted ingestion, recording, and distribution of live camera feeds, including optional publishing to third-party platforms such as YouTube. Feature availability may depend on your plan.
When you connect a third-party destination, you authorize HD Relay to publish your streams to that destination on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. You can disconnect a connection at any time from the portal.
You retain ownership of the camera content you provide. You grant HD Relay the rights necessary to host, process, and distribute that content solely to provide the service you request.
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
