These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HD Relay cloud security camera platform ("Service") operated by HD Relay ("we", "us").

Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not record or publish video in places where subjects have a reasonable expectation of privacy without required notice or consent.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.

Your content

You retain ownership of video, recordings, overlays, and configuration you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content strictly to provide the Service to you.

Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance; usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Late accounts may be suspended after notice.

Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. Upon termination we will provide a reasonable period to export data before deletion.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not a monitoring or emergency-response service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
