No public IP? No problem. Our HD Relay app runs on Axis cameras and streams out on its own, so cameras on cellular or behind a strict firewall still work, and can even go straight to YouTube.

Questions we hear most
Which cameras work with HD Relay?
Any camera that speaks ONVIF or RTSP, which is nearly every IP camera sold in the last ten years. Axis, Hanwha and Canon get extra controls such as PTZ and presets.
Can I stream to YouTube or Facebook?
Yes. Any camera can stream 24/7 to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or a custom RTMP server. Streams sent through HD Relay can carry your logo and live weather.
How long is footage kept?
You choose per camera, from 7 to 90 days. Footage is stored in the cloud, so nothing is lost if the camera is stolen or damaged.
Do I need to open ports on my router?
Not with Axis cameras running our HD Relay app: the camera streams out on its own, even on cellular. Other cameras need a port forward on the site's router, and we'll walk you through it.
Can my clients see only their own cameras?
Yes. Each client gets their own login showing only the cameras you assign, with your branding.
Can I put the live view on my website?
Yes. Copy one line of embed code into any page. The player supports rewind, timelapse, your logo and a live weather box.
